ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about Kelly! From the moment we got in contact with her she was ready with her knowledge of the market. We interviewed 4 other realtors and they didnt come nowhere near to Kelly. She is a true professional, personable, knowledgable and an amazing negotiator. She was always readily available to us answer all of our questions! If you are in need of a realtor do yourself a favor and give her call as I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was such a pleasure to work with! She knew exactly what we were looking for in a new home. She was very flexible with her schedule to accommodate our needs. She was also helpful in pointing out things that had not even crossed our mind when purchasing a home. We bought a home during a pandemic and Kelly couldn't have made it go any smoother. She goes above and beyond and we look forward to working with her in the future for any real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Kelly! She flawlessly assisted me with a residential purchase that was a bit complicated given my location 1,000 miles away. She coordinated with the seller, title company, lender, etc. to ensure that the closing took place as scheduled and was very responsive to my many questions. Thank you Kelly!!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, Kelly was an excellent buyer's agent for me! She not only FOUND my perfect home, she GOT my perfect home during a seller's market. The first day that showings of my current home were available, 8 offers were made including mine. Due to her expertise on many levels, she was able to seal the deal for me. As most home buyers have, I had a decent amount of anxiety and fear, and Kelly held my hand throughout the whole process. She answered my phone calls at any point of the daytime, and was very flexible with scheduling showings, house inspection, etc. You will not be disappointed with choosing Kelly as your seller or buyer's agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is amazing! We chose her by random at an open house we went to when my wife and I first started house hunting! She was super friendly with us and talked to us for a bit! She gave us her business card, and we called her a few days later to schedule some showings! After looking and looking for a while, she had an inside tip on a house that she thought we would love! Well she was right! We purchased that house! Unfortunately 2 years later she helped us sell that same house due to a family emergency! If anyone is looking for a friendly, kind, caring agent Kelly is who to call! She is very informative, detail oriented, fast at responding to any question or concern you may have! She doesnt pressure you into anything! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was absolutely the best! Made the process of selling and buying painless. Down to every last detail, went over and above all my expectations. Even set up a electrical contractor to make repairs necessary to make our home sell. I will recommend her time and time again.... Thanks again! Steve

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home for a year with another agent with no luck. Kelly took our listing and within a short time we had multiple offers! She helped us navigate these offers and helped us close the deal. We are so grateful for her help. Kelly also took the time to show us a number of homes we were interested in. If we decide to sell or purchase another home, we will for sure reach out to Kelly!
