ZillowVERIFIEDI had a great experience with Kelly representing me as a buyer of my first home 6 years ago. When the time came to sell, she was my first call. I could not be happier with the service she and her husband provide. They are experts at the selling process, very helpful in coordinating pre-sale repairs, identifying problems with homes, market knowledge, creating a beautiful listing and managing the entire process through close efficiently. As a buyer and seller, my real estate transactions with Kelly and John were smooth, painless, and positive. If you are buying or selling a home in metro detroit, you will not be disappointed working with Kelly and John. 10 out of 5 stars, they are the best in the biz!

ZillowVERIFIED My home buying experience was made so much less stressful with the help of Kelly. My husband and I struggled to find the right home, and through out the entire experience we never felt any pressure from Kelly to buy a home. She is a realtor who looks out and listens for her client, she is not a realtor who looks to get you out as fast as possible. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy a home, her work is backed by her lengthy experience in the business!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly and John have been a wonderful team helping to sell our house. After 51 years of marriage, we had cleared most of our items. Kelly and John helped us get the work done, and get everything up to code. Kelly had pictures taken and the house sold in one day for full price. They even helped get the right people to clear out the garage. In 30 days we had a flawless closing and today we are at our country home. Kelly and John are the best. All our thanks!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly and John did a fantastic job getting our parents home sold. Helped us every step of the way. They helped us with getting it cleaned out (pitching in themselves) and let us know what the next steps were. The house was listed for 5 days and we received multiple offers and it went pending the 5th day. They gave us the time we needed to get things done. Any questions we had, they had the answers to. Always courteous and kind. Me and my sister would recommend them anytime. Great people for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Kelly to buy my house recently and the experience was great as always! I worked with her and John (I highly recommend them both!) with my previous condo purchase and sale as well. They're top-notch and I'll continue to contact them for all my real estate needs. =) Kelly is super knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to get her clients what they want and deserve in the process. She goes the extra mile. Communication is fantastic including that she does a great job with being forward during the negotiation process which isn't always something other realtors are good at. Her skills really get the results her clients are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with Kelly on two home sales and one home purchase over the past seven years. She is an outstanding realtor and a better person. Kelly is very timely responding to calls or texts and is always very patient with my numerous questions. I had recently inherited a house from a family member and decided to sell it. Her advice on pricing was spot on and I had numerous offers above asking, after only having the house on the market for three days. The house was professionally cleaned but Kelly did not like the look of the living room carpet so she shampooed it herself one day while I was at work. On the same day and knowing I was in the midst of seven straight days of 12 hour shifts her husband John went ahead and took care of a minor issue with a kitchen gas line rather than have me fix it after work. The dedication they have to their clients is unparalleled in my experience. Kelly and John were a complete pleasure to work with. I highly recommend both of them.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly and John are the best realtors I've ever dealt with! They are extremely knowledgeable about all the areas we were interested in. We had a wide area that we wanted to view and ended up feeling like we were taking them all over the state, but never once did they complain. It truly was a blessing to have found the "Spouses selling houses". They partnered with a mortgage broker who also helped out with our financing. It was the full package and we received great care from all of them.

I just closed on my home and I am so happy. ZillowVERIFIED Kelly and John are by far the best realtors around. My husband and I have known them for ten years when they helped us with our first home. Through the years, we have called them many times for assistance through the years with help for a wide variety of home advice. Each time they came through for us or would know a professional to fix the problem. They are very knowledgeable not only in real estate but also anything to do with home repairs and maintenance. John has even come to fix a few problems for us at times. With our growing family, we were in the market for a larger home to accommodate our needs. We had no doubt in who we would call on as our real estate agentsaEUR|Kelly and John of course! In this market, it was brutal with the low inventory, but Kelly and John reassured us the perfect home was coming and they were right! Not only did they help us find the perfect home but they also sold our home in fifteen days for way over asking price and multiple offers!!! Not only are Kelly and John everything you can ever ask for in realtors they are some of the kindest people you would ever meet. You can count on them for pretty much anything. My husband and I are very lucky we found them ten years ago and even luckier to call them friends.
