We worked with her on both the sale of our existing single family home and the purchase of our condo. There were a lot of moving parts in this process and Kelly was always on top of making sure that things were moving along. She was always quick to respond to questions and provide information as requested. There were some last minute repairs that needed to be done very close to closing and she was able to send contractors our way to get those items taken care of on extremely short notice. We much enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to other buyers/sellers.

Kelly impressed me most with her patience she had with my wife who has Alzheimer's. We had to cancel our first encounter with Kelly because of my wife and Kelly was very accommodating even though we had a signed agreement and with all the upfront work Kelly already did. She said when the time was right she would be there. That was impressive and very much appreciated. ZillowVERIFIED A few months ago I made the big decision to buy my first home. I was asking friends and co-workers if they had any recommendations on realtors and one of my coworkers recommended Mrs. Leitner at Leitner Properties. The first thing I did of course was go to the website and browse around little bit. As a new home buyer, I of course needed some education and I found it very helpful that on the website there was a point by point break down of what to expect and what she offers as a buyers agent. I thought it would be beneficial to set up a face to face meeting to see if this could be a person I could trust with this very important transaction I would be making. I found Kelly to be very personable, upbeat and eager to enlighten me on how the process was going to play out. After the first meeting I felt completely comfortable working with her and decided to proceed with Kelly representing me as my agent. As I proceeded, Kelly was always prompt in returning phone calls and emails with questions I had and never failed to get an appointment set to see prospective proprieties. I was also setup with a personal portal that would push properties to me based on the wants and needs that I provided. I found this very helpful because spending nights searching for hours on the internet can be quite exhausting. While walking through properties I never hesitated to ask kelly her opinion about the condition of the house, how it compares to the rest in the neighborhood, would it be a good investment and of course the price knowing Kelly would give an honest answer. Once I found the property I wanted, Kelly was there up until closing and even after when I found out there was an error in the utilities and I was going to be billed for services before the closing date. She was happy to take point and contact the seller to get the situation resolved for which I am very grateful for. From beginning to end, I found the overall experience very enjoyable and it was something I don't think I could of gotten if I went to a "Big Box" Realtor. I would recommend Kelly Leitner to anyone looking to buy a home!!James
