A military couple found me on Google. They has a house on the market with a Realtor for 5 months and it hadn't sold. They had already moved/PCSed to a new city. They were super grateful because they weren't able to make 2 housing payments. It was truly special to be able to help our military members their urgent need.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with a Realtor who was a dual agent. I didn't feel she represented us well, so I decided to get a license and treat people how I wish I had been treated.
