We met Jeannie in 2008 when purchasing our first West Coast home. She truly understood our needs at that time as a young married couple and guided us to a neighborhood that both suited our lifestyle and appreciated tremendously. Jeannie facilitated the rental of that home several years later, the purchase of a new home, and, most recently, the sale of the home we purchased with her back in 2008. I worked with Jeannie and Kelly Gleeson, mainly Kelly, while buying my first home, a condo in the Scripps Ranch area. From the moment I began working with her, it was readily apparent she had extensive, in depth knowledge about the San Diego real estate market. While I was deployed, she consistently set me examples of what was for sale to get an accurate feel for the style and price I was interested in. Once I returned, she already had a series of places lined up for me to look at, and as the search progressed, was very constantly keeping me updated on homes I might be interested in. When I found a place I liked, she was able to help me get the edge on a home that had 9 other competing offers, and then was able to guide me through the (often confusing) homebuying process. Through the whole thing, for every question I had, she had an answer, and no matter how difficult my schedule became she was willing to work around it. Buying a home is a large, difficult decision, and it was extremely helpful to have a competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor to walk me through the process.
