ZillowVERIFIEDKelly helped us out in 2018 to buy our first home. We didn't have money for "Seattle" budgets but were hoping to find something near to our work in Seattle. Honestly, it was an extremely difficult ask in my opinion. Despite this she helped us look at houses pretty much everyday for weeks. Did I mention we were living out of AirBnBs during this? I don't recommend doing this... I got to the point where I was convincing myself each house could work, like the one with extensive water damage or the one with foundation cracks sitting on a hill. Kelly kept us out of these disasters, despite the fact it meant more work and time looking. She is truly there to make sure you buy a house you like. She was able to find us a house at a time where every house went into bidding wars for 100k over asking. Kelly found us a house in a little known part of the city, and somehow we were the only buyers and we bought under the appraised value. I honestly can't recommend Kelly enough.
