On our most recent home sale, she made an online video of our home including drone footage from above which was an amazing advertising tool. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were not able to travel down to California as often as we would have liked to preview homes. Kelly and her assistant, Ashton, did a great job in keeping us abreast of anything new that came on the market. They were able to set up several virtual tours and even included a tour of the surrounding area so we could get a feel for the location. After many texts, emails, phone calls and virtual tours, we were able to narrow our focus, fly down to preview several homes, and make an offer on our forever home. Kelly and Ashton were patient (we were a party of 6 during the home tours!) resourceful, and very professional. They were able to execute the transaction quickly and sealed the deal allowing us to fly back to Seattle three days later. My wife and I live in Arizona and Kelly handled every detail of the transaction on our behalf. She researched comparable property values and negotiated an excellent purchase price for us. She pulled the HOAs CC&Rs, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations, explained them to us and pointed out potential aEURoetrouble areasaEUR?. Since we were out of state, she handled the home inspection and identified all necessary repairs. She even brought her own plumber and electrician over for additional input.
