I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Emmons in the acquisition of a small plot of land and construction of my retirement home. While she could and did function well as a sales representative her unintended project management skills really helped me achieve my retirement happy place. This was a two year project that came with built-in challenges. Kelly was always open to my ideas and suggestions some of which were good and some not so much. Budget, payment schedules and change orders were all kept on track with no surprises. Through it all Kelly went the extra mile to insure all of my expectations were met or exceeded.

Kelly Emmons did an amazing job at helping us buy our new home. She went above and beyond for us! She walked us through every little step as first time home buyers and made sure everything went smoothly for us. From paperwork, walk throughs, and emotional support! Her knowledge in real estate is extremely helpful. She is very sweet and will go above and beyond for you! Highly recommend!
