ZillowVERIFIEDWe are blessed that divinity on Zillow lead us to working with Kelly. She is native to the Plymouth Meeting, PA area, thus if you are looking to buy a home in the area, you couldn't find a better agent. Kelly is responsive, honest, timely and gets the job done! With her help, we were able to complete a 38 day close buying our first home. This was all while Kelly was transitioning homes on her own; she has a very authentic way of putting her clients needs first while also showing up for herself and her family.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was an absolute pleasure to work with. We used her to both buy and sell and she was fantastic. She worked amazingly hard for us and got us both a great new house, and a fantastic price on our sale. She made the process seamless and was always in constant communication. I honestly dont believe we would have gotten anywhere near this level with another agent. We highly recommend and she is our agent for the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Finding Kelly was truly a gift. We never thought we'd find a house this perfect, let alone put together an offer to secure it. From the beginning, Kelly understood the market and took the time to understand our needs and wants. She consistently informed us of new properties that met our criteria and, along with her team, found the house we ended up buying. Once we found the right home, Kelly knew how to put together a compelling offer that was about more than just price. Her extensive network of professionals helped ease our minds every step of the way, from offer, to inspection, to negotiations, to close. Whenever we had a question or concern, she was there. And when negotiations became tricky, she was a fierce advocate for us and helped us get what we needed.Kelly has our highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED The kindest, knowledgeable, professional and patient agent/person in her field. Our experience working with Kelly showed that there is still a whole lot of people out there who prefer to work diligently and only see money as just a reward to the work done. She is exceptionally great at her work and I would strongly say that dont hesitate to enlist her services if interested in any real estate in her geographical area of operation.Thank you Kelly for helping us buy our house.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to selling my home. No detail was overlooked. Questions were quickly answered. Arrangements made seamlessly. I transitioned into independent care in the area and downsized substantially. Living in my home for decades made my move emotionally difficult, but Kelly's friendly, professional and can do attitude smoothed the way for me. I highly recommend her if your thinking of moving!

The only reason we got our house was because Kelly made herself available to show us places at short notice and at any time. It was our first time buying a house, and she explained everything clearly. She gave her well-informed opinion when we asked for it but was never pushy. We had an excellent experience with Kelly and would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was referred to me through a mutual friend in the Winter of 2018 when I mentioned I was prepping my house in Bucks County, PA for sale in the Spring. She contacted me immediately, made an appointment to come visit me at my home and spent over an hour with me, just getting to know me personally, why I was selling, what my concerns over preparation were, asking questions and listening to me! Then she quickly began to summarize, organize and help me prioritize the most important things in my home to address first, what was a "must-do", "do if you possibly can" and "nice to have" - she guided me with expertise away from things that wouldn't make a big impact and helped me find solutions to my problem areas, offered objective, market-wise observations and recommendations all along the way. She helped me stage the house to perfection! I didn't even think of some of the easiest things to do that she suggested - and it all paid off in the end. She put my house on the market in early May 2018, and it had 3 solid bids and more requests for bid within the very first weekend of being on the market! She was amazing - even after we accepted one of the offers, she stayed with me throughout the entire inspection process (of new owners and the township) and guided me carefully through what to address and what to leave as is - she even sent a trusted partner out of his way after a long day of work to come help me replace a leaking faucet in the master bathroom! I couldn't have asked for a more attentive, wonderful guide through one of THE most stressful events of a person's adult life! She actually was a true friend to me - she talked me off the ledge several times, managed all my expectations, managed information that I need to know did not bring issues to me for which she didn't have a solution or a working plan in play already. We will certainly be working with Kelly when we're ready to buy our dream house in Chester County! Please hire Kelly Fleischman for selling or buying your homes! You will not be sorry. She is truly a dream date!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is the most authentic, responsive, and hard-working real estate agent I have ever met. She was my agent when selling two of my homes, and buying another. I will gladly work with her again for any real estate transaction. I worked with Kelly to sell a single family home in 2015. Kelly was also my agent to both buy and later sell a townhouse.Kelly Corda is a true expert in home sales from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply the best agent in our region. This is no exaggeration. I lead a large company in our area and personally know 30+ really good realtors. Some are great. Kelly is hands down the best of the best. If you want to sell your house (1) for the highest price (2) in the least amount of time (3) with the fewest number repairs to prepare it for market, Kelly Corda's insight, tireless work, and tenacious (but graciously kind) negotiating skills are unparalleled.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a blessing and a pleasure working with Kelly. As a first time home buyer I was ignorant and nervous of the process. If it was not for Kelly I would not be living in my own home today. I told Kelly what I wanted in buying a home and she went above and beyond. Kelly is caring accommodating, trustworthy, hardworking and very knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend Kelly to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was relentless in her attempts to find an appropriate home for our unique situation. Years ago she found me a townhouse to rent for a terrific price after a divorce. Five years later she found the perfect home for myself and my 2 grown sons and one little dog! We looked at a handful of homes over a period of time; she understood our needs, so when the right one was available, a "flip" right where we needed it to be (Location, location, location!) she moved promptly and professionally and walked us through the entire process. Our requests were met with ease (for us, I'm sure not for her) and soon we were moving into our little home right in town where we needed to be. Thank you Kelly! You're the best!
