Don't finance anything while you are working on your purchase. It can cause your debt to income to be unbalanced and could potentially cause you to not be able to purchase the home you want. Instead save all those other purchase for after closing!
List with an agent that cares! A lot of time and attention goes into the listing side when done by an agent that cares not only about you and your home but also about their reputation. Anyone can list a house but a true professional will give you a level of experience and care you cannot get anywhere else.
I have worked with both buyers and sellers. I have worked with investors that flip properties and buy rentals to hold. I have managed Airbnb's and rentals and when I still lived in Ohio I was starting to work on some commercial real estate deals.
I had a buyer client that I had helped purchase a new construction home as the pandemic was kicking off. The contract was delayed for months due to lumber shortages and delays with supplies. We worked through it and finally closed 4 month late but it was rewarding to work through that. This buyer recently had to move for a work relocation and I was able to help her list and sell her home for top dollar the first week we had it on the market. It was rewarding to work both sides of that deal and to help my client through her first purchase and sale.
I started in real estate in 2014 in Ohio. I was working in medical billing and had always wanted to be in real estate so I decided to take a leap of faith! It paid off and I was successful right from the beginning and have been blessed moving to Georgia 6 years ago as I have worked to build my business through such a big change.
I have taken numerous classes and have completed my Military Relocation Specialist classes and am working on submitting paperwork for the designation.
