As is well known, the real estate market in 2024 is absolutely nuts, so it was crucial to us to find a realtor that would feel like they were truly in our corner throughout the entire buying and selling process. This was our first time having to both buy and sell a home at the same time, and my husband and I were a bit intimidated by the amount of work (and stress) ahead of us. Kelly's vast experience and expertise in the industry made pricing and listing our home a breeze, and we ended up receiving MULTIPLE above asking offers in just the first weekend. When she would tour a house, and my wife and I would say what we do here or there, she would have this aEURoewhy would you do thataEUR? response and I wanted to be like aEURoecause thats what we want to do if it were our house.aEUR? And when we had a concern about a home, she would talk about how we could fix that like we were made of money. aEURoeOh, you can put a new thing on for like $15,000aEUR?, or aEURoeyou can redo this for like $20,000.aEUR? It was like she was almost clueless about monetary things etc. when we finally put in an offer for a house, we got the sense she wasnt fighting for us and kinda wanted to wrap up the purchase. We passed but then came back to that house but after all of this, we really wanted the house and just wanted the process to be over with and done with her. We felt it was too late in the game to switch to someone else and we just wanted to move on with our lives. I would not recommend her to a friend and definitely not work with her again.
