As we began searching for new homes Kelly asked if we had considered building a new home. We had not. He helped us throughout the entire home building process and was there at all the meetings with the home builder. He was a big help to us as he had been through the process himself.After our new home was completed and our move was done, we began the process of listing our old home with Kelly. We called Kelly several months later when we were finally ready to purchase he remembered us and got right to work to find our dream home. After seeing homes for weeks with no luck I got an email from kelly about a new listing, he scheduled the showing within an hour we saw the home and had agreed on a price by that evening. Kelly worked fast to get the paperwork done so we wouldnt lose it. If it were not for his persistance to help us find our dream home we might still be looking. He was highly responsive to the needs of my wife and I but where he differentiated himself from others is his knowledge of the market and in his marketing abilities. We met with numerous realtors before choosing Kelly and he sold it for tens of thousands higher than the others wanted to list it at, so we obviously made the right choice by working with Kelly. He didn't get there by luck. He spent countless hours researching the history of my home, analyzing the upgrades we did, then coming up with the most likely sales price which was executed on within a day of listing by the eventual buyer.
