ZillowVERIFIEDMy sister and I chose Kelly to list our sale because of her experience in selling in our neighborhood and on the strength of multiple reviews of her previous work. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable of real estate conditions in our area and very responsive to our needs and requests. She guided us through the process soup-to-nuts, showing the house to maximum advantage and negotiating successfully with the eventual buyer. She also advised us in how to improve the value of the property, increasing it's salability. It is not possible to overstate the help and guidance she gave us.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was so extremely helpful in my venture to purchase a shore home. Everything I asked she knew the answer to or found the answer for me. Besides knowing the towns, she knew the neighborhood down to the blocks. While I narrowed my search to the towns, I never thought about the neighbors, thankfully Kelly provided info without me asking. Kelly was quickly able to assess what I was really looking for. Yes, I had my list of what I wanted in my shore home, and she was able to see my responses to various things and get a better feel for what I really wanted. Oh and she was so right. Kelly showed me every home I was interested in plus more. She helped me find the perfect place. She was there with me through the negotiation, providing excellent advice/suggestions, through the whole closing process and even afterwards when I had some questions. When you look for home in the Avon area, whether to purchase or rent you must call Kelly. She is friendly, easy to work with, and will help you get what you want. Thanks Kelly!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Kelly on sales of a few properties I owned. Most recently she helped me selling my house. She was very professional in all of my experiences with her. She showed a great knowledge of the area and was very helpful by providing current comps to establish a sales price. She coordinated pictures to be taken in order to provide visual tours to potential buyers and she prepared effective advertisements. She worked with brokers on my behalf and was instrumental in getting my house sold. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly has worked for us for many years now helping us to rent our shore house every summer. This year was esp. nail-biting: we did not find a tenant until a few days before Memorial Day. But Kelly worked tirelessly, posting photos and info on multiple websites and even getting her teenage son to take new pictures of the property, including drone photos! When my sister from North Carolina arrived with me in March at the shore house because of a family emergency, and we discovered the furnace was not working -- it was 45* in the house and we needed to sleep there that night! -- I called Kelly. She sent a plumber/handyman over at 9pm on a Friday night to help us!!! Kelly acts like we are family. She goes out of her way year after year to help us in any way she can. We trust her 100% and would recommend her -- we have recommended her!! -- highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I was skeptical at first of the whole process. But after a short period of time there had been numerous showings and offers were quickly on the table. Kelley's advise rang true and I became at ease. All during the rest of the process I had some down moments due to personal circumstances that were easily weathered by following Kelly's guidance and advise. I would not hesitate to say without her I would have been lost.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was very professional and honest; while letting us know what the property was worth. We had an odd situation in that we had cats living in the house after the owner had passed away. Kelly was sensitive to the situation and worked around the problem until we were able to catch and remove the cats. This relieved the stress of selling the home, especially since we live two hours away in Sussex County.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Kelly almost a year ago as we began to pursue our goal of owning a little piece of the Jersey Shore. Kelly came highly recommended and we felt comfortable with her from the start. She really listened to what we wanted and where we wanted to be. She did a great job of previewing properties and definitely knows her inventory throughout the area. Kelly was also able to provide great insight about the things that matter most to those owning on the Jersey Shore - flooding, storm damage, maintenance, etc. And, given her vast network of contractors and vendors, she helped make things much easier when trying to work with home inspectors, etc. from a distance. We are so pleased to have our little piece of heaven now in Avon by the Sea - and without Kelly's insight and negotiating prowess we would not be here! We recommend her most highly for your Jersey shore needs!

ZillowVERIFIED We are sincerely thankful for Kellys skill and effort that contributed to the realization of our desire to locate a weekend retreat at the Jersey shore. There are many traditional brokers that do not truly listen to their clients or only push inventory of their own listings. What set her apart was her singular ability to listen carefully and then select an array of listings that all touched upon our most important aEURoewish listaEUR? items, without trying to push us into listings outside of our budget and location parameters. her assistance and guidance during the negotiating process, suggestion of competent legal counsel and securing of multiple potential home designers has been especially helpful and appreciated. This would have been burdensome, since we do not live in proximity and have no knowledge of local providers. She truly has been skillful, cheerful and a delight to deal with.

ZillowVERIFIED Hi, Kelly, is a great realtor. We have had her help many times, buying and selling our homes! Probably over the last 15 yrs. She is an asset to any agency. Very professional, very helpful. We will use her in the future, and our daughter, bought her home with Kelly, and will call her when she is ready to up_grade.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly represented us when we were selling our home in 2012. She worked with us to stage the home, advertised it aggressively, including open houses as soon as the Spring weather arrived! She was there when we needed her advice and frequently followed up to be sure we were comfortable with the process particularly when the market appeared slow and a price reduction was needed. Fortunately, our home sold in about 5 months near the amount we hoped for initially. Months later, when Tropical Storm Sandy hit our community, she immediately called us at our rental in Avon and asked if we needed help or a generator. We did not, but, were truly pleased that she continued to worry about her customers.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly represented us as buyers for a 2nd home in Avon NJ. As we live 90 miles away in NY, we had to count on Kelly to be our local representative in both the search and purchase process. She is simply the best. I am a former RE agent in NY, so I know what it takes to be great. Kelly's performance was invaluable to our being able to purchase our house and fund our mortgage We also used her to secure a weekly rental for us, which she was able to do in less then 48 hours!!Her knowledge of the community is outstanding, she is very well connected, she works tirelessly, she does all the 'little things', and she is truly a nice person and a pleasure to work with and to know. I could not imagine working with anyone else, and we will continue to work with her as we scout out new homes to invest in and for help with renting them out to summer renters.Jeff Bair Avon, NJ
