Kelly was so extremely helpful in my venture to purchase a shore home. Everything I asked she knew the answer to or found the answer for me. Besides knowing the towns, she knew the neighborhood down to the blocks. While I narrowed my search to the towns, I never thought about the neighbors, thankfully Kelly provided info without me asking. Kelly was quickly able to assess what I was really looking for. I worked with Kelly on sales of a few properties I owned. Most recently she helped me selling my house. She was very professional in all of my experiences with her. She showed a great knowledge of the area and was very helpful by providing current comps to establish a sales price. She coordinated pictures to be taken in order to provide visual tours to potential buyers and she prepared effective advertisements.
