ZillowVERIFIEDKelly was great to work with. Did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He's been in the industry a long time and knows a lot about the Mobile/Baldwin county area, and has a lot of connections and contacts here. Would recommend to any buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED She went above and beyond with assisting our needs. We were new to the area and lacked knowledge of the local home buying experience. She was hands down the best realtor that we encountered! We met quite a few until Jennifer and she was exactly who we needed. Dependable, driven, honest, and most importantly she succeeded at making our wants and needs happen! In the end, she made our home buying experience better than we could've imagined.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Kelly and Ryan Cummings in both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one! In our initial meeting, both Kelly and Ryan came to our home to evaluate it's strengths and weaknesses as we prepared to sell. They were honest, upfront and positive about what the process would entail. They were prepared with appropriate comps for our neighborhood and information that could help us sell in the current market. In just three months, we had sold and closed our that home. During that time, Ryan was very patient and available to show us potential homes that would suit both our budget and our style. We are now happily moved in to our new home. In what can be a very emotional and frustrating time, Kelly and Ryan Cummings were there to make the process smooth and enjoyable! They were knowledgeable, competent, responsive, and represented us well in both selling and buying. We will absolutely recommend the Cummings Company to any friends and potential buyers we meet.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with The Cummings. True professionals in every sense of the word. They're very knowledgeable and the marketing was outstanding. My home was listed on a Tuesday, started showing it on Wednesday and Ryan called me Thursday to let me know we had an offer. I was very impressed with them from start to finish. I highly recommend Kelly & Ryan Cummings to anybody that needs a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Jones has become more than just a real estate agent. She took the time to walk us through the process and worked with us to find the perfect house for us. She has become a friend of our family. My girls even refer to her Auntie Jen. We can't thank her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a first-time homeowner, and Ryan made the experience a breeze! He was always readily available when I had questions, and went out of his way to work around my schedule. He quickly found solutions to the few snafus that come with the purchase of any home. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kelly, who provides his own unique professional opinion to the homes we were viewing. I would recommend the Cummings Company to anyone buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking for our first house and only had a vague idea of what we were looking for. Kelly was incredible patient and willing to look at tons of houses with us while we figured it out. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything to do with purchasing a home, to include using a VA loan (what we used to help purchase home). We ended up purchasing a home in the 162K range but only because it was what we wanted, we never felt pressured to look at higher price ranges. I would highly recommend Kelly to friends and family and feel confident that when we are looking to sell that I would contact him to assist.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is a great guy. He is not pushy at all. He will stick with you as long as it takes to find the right place. We were looking for a move-in ready house and most houses in Mobile need a lot of work -- Kelly never pressed us to lower out expectations and we eventually found a great place in our ideal location.

ZillowVERIFIED work with me on buying a house pointing the code on property that are good an what also was wrong with property. Responsive on communication checking with other realtor on to view property. Negotiation a good price that I as client ask for on a bid. Also experience at knowing that paperwork is not being completed on time form banks that could slow down the process an sailing house.

ZillowVERIFIED Once again The Cummings Team came through for my wife and I. We have been looking for a house for a couple of years when this deal was presented to us by Ryan. His knowledge of the neighborhood, the original builder and history of the house made this an easier than usual decision. Ryan's awareness of the market backed by Kelly's experience makes one a very effective team.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I have submitted this review of The Cummings Company -- Ryan Cummings. As I reported last month, Ryan Cummings and the Cummings Company could not have pleased us more! They were excellent in all ways and they helped us locate workmen we needed. Since we are from Georgia, The Cummings Company located in Mobile, Alabama made our transition so easy.We just love Ryan Cummings!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly and Ryan were great to work with. They met with me and showed me many, many houses...rain or shine. Kelly was a tremendous help to me on the whole process since I was not knowledgeable on how to buy a house. He made sure everything agreed upon was taken care of as well.

ZillowVERIFIED While working in another state I was interested in buying some investment property. I called Kelly and instantly knew I had a "one of a kind" agent. Kelly went to property, took photos, put a package together and email all of the information for me to make an informed decision on the purchase. I have purchased a few investments properties from Kelly. I am now in the process of selling my personal residence and Kelly will represent me in this transaction as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Kelly Cummings went above and beyond to find my friends and I a safe place to live while we were in college at the University of South Alabama. He took us to several different houses and we still were not able to find the "RIGHT" one. He later offered to rent to us his mothers house (that was for Sale... not rent) at a very affordable price. He was a great Landlord and was very propt to fix or do anything for my friends and I. I would highley reccommend him to anyone in the area...and have! Sara Brooks

ZillowVERIFIED Organization is top notch and I recommend them to all my family and friends. I have purchased 1 home from them that was a challenged foreclosure which would have fallen through had it not been for Kellys knowledge of the foreclosure and financing process. My daughter and I are currently using them in our search for her new home. They have shown us many homes and are very patient and understanding as we search for the aEURoeperfectaEUR? place..

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was very easy to get in touch with and always made me feel like our purchase was as important as any other deal he had on the table even though ours was a smaller starter home.
