Kelly and Anne are both extremely knowledgeable and they provided the names of trustworthy vendors for home repairs, plumbing, inspections, appraisals, etc. As with any older house, there were a few issues with it during the preparation for putting the house on the market, and Kelly and Anne helped me navigate through all of it so the house was ready and it sold only a couple of days after it was put on the market. She was honest and forthright in the strengths and weaknesses of my home. We worked together to make changes that would make the home more attractive to buyers. I believe those changes had a direct positive impact on the speed in which I had an offer. Time from first visit by potential buyers to a serious conversation / offer was less than 3 weeks. After the offer was accepted, we ran into a old title documentation 'snag' caused by a now-bankrupt bank.
