ZillowVERIFIED A Trusted Partner for Every Step of Our Real Estate Journey. We truly cant recommend Kelly highly enough. Our relationship with Kelly goes back five or six years, starting with her helping us find our first rental apartment in Medford. From day one, she stood out for how well she listened, how knowledgeable she was, and how easy she made the whole process feel. Since then, Kelly has been part of some major milestones for us. She helped us become homeowners in the North Shore area, and what impressed us most was how deeply she understood what we were looking for - not just a house, but a place that would truly feel like home. Her market insight, strong network, and thoughtful guidance made a huge difference, especially in competitive situations. Most recently, she supported us in purchasing an investment condo in Lynn, MA. Once again, her strategy, responsiveness, and confidence at the negotiation table were invaluable. Having Kelly represent us always feels like a real advantage, shes sharp, well-prepared, and always looking out for our best interests. Overall, Kellys style, market knowledge, and presence make her a true pleasure to work with. She brings a rare mix of professionalism and warmth, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side through so many important decisions. If youre looking for someone you can truly trust in real estate, Kelly is it.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Kelly Catallo to sell my aunt and uncle's home in Medford. From beginning to end, it was an absolute pleasure. Kelly was professional and very knowledgeable about local market trends. Her knowledge and years of experience, combined with her patient approach, made this somewhat stressful event a smooth and successful process. Faced with some city inspection challenges, Kelly promptly worked on my family's behalf to help correct the issue which in turn expedited the sale of the home. Her ties to the Medford community and knowledge of city ordinances helped streamline the home selling process. Overall, I'm impressed and amazed at how easy Kelly and her team made this process, and how quickly the house sold. Furthermore, we were very pleased with the offer we received. So if you are looking to sell a home, I can't recommend Kelly and her team enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I found myself in a position where I had a place to rent. Never having been a landlord before, I was unsure of how the process worked. I found Kelly by chance and it turned out to be a great experience. She walked me through the process and within days she found me my first tenant. With everything so new to me, I was very stressed, but Kelly calmed my fears of the unknown and made it a seamless and easy process. I would work with Kelly again without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly and her team did a great job again helping me find tentats. I listed my property after the height of the rental market and she was still able to find tenants for me. Throughout the process Kelly would stay in contact and let me know what her thoughts were and what the tenants may be looking for. They also did great job with the photography and included 3d imaging of the property which I believe helps attract more tenants. Kelly takes out the stress of all the work and details needed to find high quality tenants. This allowed me to focus on other thing. Kelly is well worth it

She asks all the right questions to be aware of what I wanted and expected from my new tenants. She checked everyone out to make sure they met my requirements. Constantly made sure I was happy with her decisions. Again I will say that she is always aware of my requirements and happy to fulfill them. Thank you Kelly

ZillowVERIFIED ~Kelly Catallo~ Trust this realtor, to execute and deliver! Not a big 'reviews' guy but wanted to share a very positive recent experience. Kelly was the third realtor I interviewed for a quick sale of a small Medford property in disrepair. At first, skeptical of her proposal as she insisted on listing the property $100K over the other two realtors asking prices, her expertise was validated when we closed within sixty days with $70K over what was first expected. Kelly had insight of a new market uptick in Medford that the other realtors are just figuring out now. I really liked her proactive, real world/contemporary approach. Using state of the art analytic tools with algorithms to discover this market trend, she networked with local developers and investors through social media and on-line means for superior visibility for opportunities. Assisted by her researching & background checks, we weeded out the low ball offers from the wannabe buyers (which there were many) and focused on the real solid offers from reputable developers . Another great feature of this whole transaction was the ease of execution; The bid negotiation, P&S and closing documents, were all signed through an on-line portal making the process so easy,, I really only met face to face with Kelly twice. I went into this selling process expecting months of hassles, fearing the worst,, but was pleasantly surprised at the automation and contemporary approach of Cosmopolitan Real Estate's process. ~Easy Peasy~

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly and her team helped me rent out a property for me. She was able to rent out my property in 2wks even though there was so much other computation around the area. Kelly was great. She gave me realistic expectations of the market. She was available to answer any of my questions and she gave me expert advise. Her knowledge of real estate does show when she speaks. I would definitely use Kelly's services again. Ali

ZillowVERIFIED I have talked with him for a rental listing. He said he will call me back but never called back. Also asked for a lot of information before showing which were already on the listing. I guess because of my bad English he just tried to get rid of me.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is a dynamo! She helped us locate our new home even before it hit the market, and she sold our condo after the first showing. We bought for less than asking and sold for more than asking to the top bidder, both due to Kelly's expertise and negotiations. She was always available even for the insignificant questions, highly responsive, as well as organized. Having worked with more than six realtors in the past 30 years, Kelly is the best real estate broker we have met.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I and very happy with service and support we received from Kelly Catallo and her associates. As first-time homebuyers in a very aggressive market, what could have been a daunting road to finding our home was rendered effortless through supportive consultation and constant, rapid communication. We are very happy with the home that we found, it took virtually no time to find it due in no small part to the diligence of Kelly's team. While we certainly don't foresee moving anytime soon, if we did, we wouldn't hesitate to rely on Kelly and her team again. Thanks!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kelly has been a wonderful experience. I first met Kelly when a home near me was having an open house on a miserable snowy day. The place was crowded with visitors. She took time to speak with me and arrange a short visit to see my place before going to her second open house for the day. When she walked into my house, she didnt say, aEURoeYes, Ill be glad to be the agent for this house.aEUR? Instead, she said, aEURoeWOWaEUR? and had a vision for the type of person who would buy the house. Kelly has walked me through the process of selling a house with patience and compassion for someone who had not done a home sale in many years. At each step, she made sure that I understood what was being done and why it was being done. Kellys work did not stop after the closing. She has given valuable advice about temporary housing, recommendations for moving companies, and help with the moving out process (settling the final water bill, etc.). Kelly offers a aEURoecomplete packageaEUR? for the seller. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly rented one of my apartments after a bad experience with another realtor. She found great tenants for me and now she is redoing the lease due to the fact one tenant is moving out. Kelly trend a bad experience into a good one and 2 of 3 tenants will be there for 3 years. This has made my life much easier.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Kelly Catallo for your real estate needs. We recently sold a house using Kelly as our agent. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Boston area. She presented us with an impressive report of stats and comps for the area and town where the house is located. Kelly is very mindful of the financial and emotional stress involved in selling a home. She answered all of our questions as they came up. Since this was an estate sale, she dealt with lawyers, bank representatives and buyer in a very professional manner. She worked hard for us and got the job done with a price well over asking. I would definitely use Kelly Catallo and Cosmopolitan Real Estate again for the sale or purchase of real estate should the need arise.

ZillowVERIFIED I came to Kelly with a tight schedule and very specific needs, and as a first time home buyer I couldn't be happier. Kelly was very responsive and helped guide me through every step of the home buying process. Her experience was clearly shown as she was able to answer every question I had and was able to negotiate the purchase price lower than I had expected. Highly recommended!
