ZillowVERIFIEDKelly made our home buying experience a pleasant and smooth transition. In this market houses were going under contract as quickly as they were listed. We found a home and she scheduled a showing within two hours and FaceTimed us to show us the house. She did an excellent job and went into extreme detail in the video call. Would definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time homebuyers. We immediately felt comfortable with Kelly. She was honest about the homes she showed us and allowed us to form our own opinions. She didn't make us feel obligated to purchase any of the homes she showed us. She allowed us to form our own opinions, listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect home for us. She was so willing to give her time to help us, including being willing to show homes over the holidays. I recommend Kelly to anyone I hear is talking about purchasing a home and I would recommend her time and time again. If we ever need to sell or buy another home in the future she will be our first call.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Kelly? Only that she is absolutely the best! Not only is she very personable and nice but she gets the job done and isnt afraid to work hard! She took me about 750 miles, I think it was like nine counties, to see a total of 14 properties. Of course, the very last one was the best! She took me over the mountains, Down streams and through the woods, quite literally sometimes. I finally found the home of my dreams and there were some bumps in the road during closing. She handled herself magnificently! She is the Rambo of realtors and she works super hard for her clients! Without getting into sticky details, she is the only reason that I am living in the house that I have now, which is my dream house and I thank her for it every day. If youre thinking about hiring Kelly, stop thinking and just do it now!! You wont regret it

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was an incredible resource through the whole buying and selling process. She showed us at least 10 homes (sometimes within the hour) and always promptly responded to us. She allows you to make your own choices and does not push you to do anything you do not want to do as we experienced with a previous realtor, years ago. My wife and I are extremely grateful Kelly was recommended to us.

ZillowVERIFIED Everything you WANT in a realtor but never expect to find. NOT the pushy aEURoecan you see yourself entertaining...blah blahaEUR?. All about meeting YOUR expectations - or bringing you back down to earth (not all things are realistic unless you have unlimited funds.). She found us the house of our dreams! Would recommend her without blinking an eye and would be happy to be used as a reference should the need arise. Wont personally use her again...well never leave the home she found us!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was a listing agent on a property I inquired about (but did not purchase) and she took the time to introduce herself and become familiar with my unique situation (I live 900+ miles away from where we want to purchase) and agreed to help us find what we were looking for. Once we finally found the property we wanted, is when her real magic took place, she took the lead on everything, contacting the town, giving us options on local insurance providers, inspection companies, etc. She was an amazing amount of help, not only with her knowledge and guidance, but her persistence to keep everyone in check to be sure the process moved a smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend letting Kelly be your buying agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly met with us soon after we contacted her. She explained the process and went over the comparable sales to help us determine an appropriate listing price. Within a few days we had multiple offers and accepted an offer for over our asking price. We closed on the sale only a month after listing.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly assisted me in both selling my current home and finding our upgraded home. Our house was listed on Friday, we had multiple offers over the weekend and we were under contract on Tuesday! We got WELL over listing price on our house which allowed us to do so much more than we expected to our new house. She was so patient with us in finding our new home. As a matter of fact, we ended up looking at the house several times before we finally decided to buy. She was always super professional, communicated clearly and accessible anytime to answer questions! Highly recommend :)
