ZillowVERIFIED Earlier this year why wife and I were living in our house in Rocky Point Mexico when we suddenly were in the position of being able to replace our California property, which was under contract to sell, with a place in Flagstaff, which would better compliment Mexico. To even look at a property in Flagstaff, one of us had to drive 6+ hours. Kelly found one place for us to look at, and then a second one, even better, came on the market as one of us was driving up. Fortunately, Kelly had previously helped us get prequalified with a respected local lender, and when the second property proved to be perfect for us we were able to move quickly with a winning offer. If Kelly hadnt advised us just right, we would have spent another month or two driving up from Mexico every week to chase houses in a rising market.

I wish her telemarketing agents had been honest and truthful with me in that it was obvious she wants luxury listings only and my house is not that.She did a 10 second hall pass of my house, missed a front bedroom entirely, fawned over telling me about a $450K phone pop on a listing she got that morning. She admitted she hadn't read my paperwork probably done by her staff. Her comparables listed 14 other SWMs yet she priced mine at the absolute bottom below SWMs without even roof caps or my square footage. Why worry about low ball offers when you have her suggested listing price?She would probably be very good with high priced homes whether buying or selling. She made me feel embarrassed about my house and I wouldn't recommend her for average or below average housing.
