We had started the home buying process with another broker who was not very responsive and did not explain things well at all. She recognized that he was not showing us all of our options and asked me if we would be interested in speaking with her broker, Dave Bliesmer. I am so glad we took her up on her offer! Dave presented us with a list of six different financing options and found us one that lowered our monthly housing expenses by $200 per month! Once we found our new home, Kelly negotiated a deal with the seller to have a sum pump installed, the water heater fixed, and some minor plumbing work done. Given that we are moving in right before the holidays, I was so grateful to not have to take care of the plumbing issues on top of everything else. She advocated for us every step of the way, even accompanying us on the big day when we officially became homeowners. My daughter and I adore Kelly! I dont know that we would have made it through this process without her and her team!

Although this was our (my wife and I) second home purchase, we couldn't recall who our first realtor was from 2004 so we sought out a referral. The market had changed and so had the type of home we were looking to purchase. Back in 2004 we purchased a new build and it was pretty simple. We picked out a location, home type, options, and we were done. Even the financing was done through the home builder. This time we were not in the market for a new build so we had to look at quite a few homes to find the right one. The current market forced us to bid on multiple homes over asking price to still come up short. We eventually found what we were looking for. Kelly did an excellent job of guiding us through this home market and process. She was available when we needed her to see homes on our time and was very patient throughout the process. Kelly did what was asked of her from us, and that was to find homes that fit our needs within our price point. She also had good contacts for the home inspection, sewer inspection, and mortgage originator. We did use Kelly's recommendation for the home inspection and sewer inspection, but not the mortgage originator because we had already sought one out and he provided great customer service. We did run our closing cost details through her contact and it ended up saving us about $4500 in origination charges during closing. Kelly's contact offered to waive origination charges and our mortgage lender matched the offer. Overall, we're pleased with the level of service and expertise Kelly provided. We would highly recommend Kelly and would seek out her assistance again when the time arises.
