In 2024, when I decided to sell that same home, she took care of all the open house scheduling and photography. She held an open house for one weekend and we got multiple offers. I have bought and sold homes in the millions , however my last purchase was a small downsized home , my point is you would have never known my house search was for a home under $400,000. Kelly treated me as if I was buying a mansion., always showed me homes I asked about even when she hinted from her knowledge of the area it maynot be the right fit but suggested we see it so I could check the house off the list. Kelly helped me find a great mortgage broker and a contractor I am currently using to do some renovations on the home I just purchased.
