My girlfriend and I worked with Kelly as first-time home buyers and she was outstanding. Most important was Kelly's knowledge of the home buying process as we had a lot of questions given that this was our first home. Kelly was very patient and responsive and answered all questions about financing, contract terminology, timelines, and anything else that came up. Looking back at the broader process though, Kelly was very responsive to all questions and made time on the weekend for us to look at homes within a day of first meeting. Throughout the home buying process, Kelly was knowledgeable of the different areas we were looking at and gave us pros/cons to consider for each condo. Finally, Kelly was invaluable during the negotiation process as she helped us get an accepted offer at a price that was both competitive and fair (something that can feel pretty stressful when buying your first him).

Kelly Barrett is a fantastic real estate professional. She just helped me see a unit that I owned for about 15 years. She had in fact sold it to me way back when. a year after I bought my condo, I had to leave Milwaukee, so I rented it out for all these years. Many times it was Kelly who would help me find tenants. throughout these years, Kelly was always incredibly professional, competent, knowledgeable, and reassuring. So, when I decided it was time to finally sell my condo, without hesitation I turned to Kelly again. This was, for a number of reasons a complicated sale: I was far away from Milwaukee, the apartment was rented out, and many other details. To say that I could not have done this without Kelly's expertise and care is an understatement. She managed all these ins and outs of the complicated sale masterfully. She successfully and quickly found buyers for my condo, she successfully negotiated on my behalf, and she took care of every little (and not so little) thing regarding the sale of my condo - from the moment I told her I wanted to sell, to the closing on it. I trusted her completely, and I am all the better for having done so. I understand that the world is going the AI-way, the internet and the algorithm way. None of that can replace the real human interaction - both the human touch and the human expertise and advice - and Kelly had these in spades. My experience with Kelly could not possibly have been better, and I cannot possibly recommend her more enthusiastically.

Kelly proved to us she is the queen of the Condo market in Milwaukee, while we were blessed to have lived in our condo for 8 years , she has helped us get ready to move to our forever home out of Milwaukee. She answered EVERY question with knowledge and patience. There are no negatives on our part, although she could drive the moving truck for us,,,,, just kidding. It was painless and a joy to work with her. We couldnt recommend more.
