ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was amazing to work with. She went out of her way to help us find the right house. She even met us in the rain and cold weather. I'm so thankful that we found her and were able to work with her to find our house. If anyone I know needs a realtor, Kelly will be the person I recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Very forthright , detail oriented, helped to make the experience of relocating to a small town incredible easy and fun . Available at ALL hours to answer any and all question, no matter how trivial. Recommend local help and handymen, told us a bit about townand where to go for whatever we needed. Feel I have made a friend. Sold one home and helped purchase this one-- a complete buyer or sellers agent

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was amazing! I was a first time home buyer with no experience which I felt would make this a terrible experience since there are so many things involved in the home buying process. Kelly made it easy, stress free, and just overall exciting. She was with me every step of the way which felt great since I have heard first time Home buying can be stressful. If in the future I decide to buy a second home I would use no other realtor. I definitely recommend Kelly for those that want to sleep easy knowing a realtor has your best interests at heart. Amazing realtor and real estate agency. Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED We are trying to upgrade from our starter home which was older and took a little bit of time to sell. Kelly did everything under the sun to move this home of ours, and she also helped find our new home that we are about to close on. She had great patience with a customer who was anxious to move on to the next step. She always informed us when properties became available that met our needs came on to the market. She also had a keen understanding of where the prices would ultimately land. She has always taken my calls and texts personally, even on weekends. She has shown us properties during her off days. Kelly simply will always go the extra mile for customers...You would be a dang fool if you dont select her to be in your corner for the biggest investment of most of our lives. Thank you Kelly, my family wont be using anyone else in the state of Texas to represent us in the home buying or selling process.

It was a quick process due to her ability to find us our dream first place together within a few days. ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Smart was the most exceptional realtor that I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only was she knowledgable in the realty business, she was always available when I needed her. I felt so comfortable working with her, and made me feel very relaxed when it was time to sit at the closing table. She negotiated above and beyond what I expected. I certainly will use her in the future for any selling or buying I do, and will refer her to my family and friends because I know first hand that they will be represented by the best out there. Thank you so much again for your help, you are truly wonderful and a GREAT realtor. Thank you for being so professional!
