ZillowVERIFIED My Wife and I enlisted Kelly to sell our house for us. Even though we are a bit outside of her regular market, she was more than willing to help us out. We had a lot of work that needed to be done to our house to maximize our sale potential, Kelly looked at our house, made upgrade recommendations, and told us to let her know when we were ready to sell. After about two months with upgrades complete, we let Kelly know we were ready for another inspection. After that visit we listed our house with Kelly. We had a buyer in contract within a week, and closed within thirty days. For 15k above asking price. My wife and I know that this was all thanks to Kellys experience and advice. I am not an easy person to work with, I do not like doing things blindly and as a result I ask a lot of questions, a lot of questions. Kelly answered all my questions and helped my wife and I immensely. We are very appreciative of her professionalism, and responsiveness, and when are going to be entering the market to purchase our next home we will definitely be making sure Kelly is on our side.

Kelly listened to our needs and must haves (and dont wants) and only showed us homes that met our specific criteria. She was always available, morning, noon or night and responded to all messages very quickly. She did an excellent job of bridging the communication between the sellers agent, broker and escrow agent so we were always in the know. When we asked her for recommendations for vendors/services she provided that to us quickly and even gave them a heads up and our info to follow up with us. We couldnt be happier and we highly recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
