We originally bought this house with Kelli as our representative and later sold it utilizing Kelli as the agent. She was excellent to work with on each occasion. Kelli was always very organized and extremely helpful with both closings. She actually answered my first email on Thanksgiving day, and that is why we decided to have her help find the house for us. She took us out the next day, and we saw several possible homes, with the one we bought being one we saw that day. There is no doubt that Kelli works very hard for her clients. Because she lives and works in the area, she always has an extra resource when needed- like when we needed someone for radon remediation, or a handy man to fix a roof leak we had 6 months after closing. Little things that seem easy to fix; but when good resources can sometimes be hard to find in a mountain town, it was reassuring that she always had a good recommendation for us. Kelli is great!
