ZillowVERIFIEDKellie did a fantastic job helping us find our new home! As a first time home buyer, I was worried the process would be overwhelming but Kellie helped to make it easy. In such a tight market, she worked hard to schedule showings for us, many of which were time sensitive. She also made herself available to us outside of what I'd consider "typical" work hours to help us negotiate offers and write bids. She truly is one of the best in the Madison area!

ZillowVERIFIED I had Kellie Unke list and sell a house for me. To cut it short, she did a very good job form start to finish. Kept me informed, was on time and very much in touch with any of my needs or requests. I will use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kellie Unke and her associates at Stark to both purchase our new house and sell our old house was terrific. When the sale of our old home became difficult multiple times throughout the process, Kellie helped us determine what was best to do in each situation. Her knowledge and experience of the market in Monona allowed us to find our new home that has been a great fit for our family. Kellie was patient and helpful through the entire process. Thanks for all of your work, Kellie!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This is my fourth time working with Kellie. I have purchased and sold two single family homes in the Monona area and have had the privilege of her expertise for both. Kellie's knowledge of the area is incredible. Not only from a market aspect but her knowledge of what to look for when touring a home. I enjoy the way she makes you feel like a close friend during and after the process and not just a business transaction. That was very important to us. She seems to truly enjoy what she does and the people she helps. I will continue to work with and recommend Kellie Unke for any home buying needs in the future. Thanks again Kellie.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly Unke and her support staff were fantastic! Kelly helped us through the sale of my mothers house along with our home. Kelly continually kept all of the ducks in a row, especially with the sale of our house which became complicated with the home we were purchasing. We purchased the new property FSBO. Never again! With the Kelly's knowledge and experience we headed off issues before they were major problems. The sale of our home went quickly and smoothly, even with the curve balls thrown at us. I will recommend Kelly and Stark to everyone that is looking to sell or by.

ZillowVERIFIED Kellie was just terrific, her advice was excellent and it was always a pleasure meeting with her. She made the whole process easy. She helped us sell two homes and purchase a condo for an heir. Now several months later I am purchasing a condo and I have asked Kellie to help me with that purchase. I couldn't be happier with her service and expertise.
