I had an awesome experience with Poole realty, Kellie kept me up to date with what was going on. Kellie wrote a mind blowing listing for the land I was selling, everything went smoothly and quickly. If you are selling a house, land or looking to buy your best bet would be to go with Kellie from Poole realty. Kellie is a top notch realtor. We researched realtors to handle the sale of a very unique property and within minutes of signing a listing agreement she had a sign posted and pictures were taken and posted within a day. The pictures were perfect and within weeks we had two valid contracts and were able to use one as a back up. There were very limited time periods placed on the Buyers for inspections and loan approval and Kellie stayed on top of them and enforced them. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kellie.
