We lived in Southern California when we decided we wanted to check out Prescott, AZ because my husband needed a VA Hospital nearby. Kellie took a whole day back in April to show us around the town so we could narrow in on the areas we were most interested in. When we were finally able to get our home into escrow back in SoCal in August, Kellie took the time to show us several Prescott properties. We made an offer that day, which the seller did not accept. Kellie did her very best to make the deal happen. When another one came on the market the next day, she was there immediately to help us view the home and then make an offer. I am thankful the first offer fell through because we now have a home in the pines that we love. Kellie was by our side when some glitches happened the first week in our new home. Kellie has become a dear friend because she is a woman of integrity. I am so thankful for Kellie. I HIGHLY recommend her!

In Dec 2017, I contracted with Kellie to sell my home. I was going through a difficult time & she seemed to understand. Kellie seemed to be supportive of my situation to sell at the time. Escrow on my house closed April 2018, 40 days ago. During the signing of my closing docs at the title co, it was brought to my attention that I would be paying for the buyers home warranty. I had missed this on the offer and when I brought it to Kellie's attention, she immediately said she would reimburse it to me, because she had also overlooked it. I declined since I knew it came down to me. Several times Kellie said she would issue a check for the Home Warranty and it was left with her insisting she wanted to pay for it, which she did on 05/23/18. I have waited until now to write this review to give her that opportunity. Thank you, Kellie, for taking care of the sale of my house and your follow through even after.
