Kellie has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We really didnt know what to expect, but her vast experience and knowledge of the industry, emerging trends and market needs was not only helpful, but made the whole process virtually hands-off for us. Not knowing what to expect with the market, she guided us through all of the needs to make the property more desirable. Because of our busy schedules, we asked her to do what she thought would be best as far as the repainting, new fixtures, new flooring, etc and she did not disappoint! Kellie has an army of vendors that she uses that proved to be invaluable and that wont break the bank in the upgrades. Everything they did was so reasonably priced it was almost insane. They were all able to work and schedule together to have all updates done, and make the house look new and like a home anyone would love to own. Then there was the staging that took it all to another level. We had second thoughts about selling when all was said and done. It looked amazing and the photographer just knew what to highlight for salability. It all worked like a charm and after the open house on the first weekend after listing the home, we had multiple offers over asking. We highly recommend Kellie to anyone who is looking to sell their home. She will not disappoint and will make sure that you get the best offers while walking you though everything to ensure that every worry you may have is quelled.

I highly recommend Kellie Batali to represent you in your real-estate needs. She helped us sell our home in the Tiger Mountain area of Issaquah. When we began looking for a realtor we were immediately attracted to Kellie based on the market research she had done for our area via a mailing flyer ... she really understands the neighborhoods of Issaquah and Maple Valley and their historical pricing trends. We set up an appointment and she toured the house focusing on its strengths and weaknesses. We implemented 2 of Kellie's suggestions that really helped spiff up the place to make it more marketable; replacing outdated carpet in one room and sanding/staining the kitchen cabinets. Kellie had excellent and affordable contractors at hand to make these upgrades within a few days. In conjunction, Kellie had completed a very detailed comparative analysis of houses in the area and set a recommended sale price range. We didnt want to do any professional staging, but Kellie had some items on hand to help prepare the house for visual appeal. The place looked fantastic. And the drone footage and virtual tour that she put together was very professional. Once the house hit the market we were booked with many showings and lots of aEUR~views and aEUR~saves on the various real estate websites. It was a buyers market at the time, but after 30 days, we had received 2 offers. She helped us wade through the details of the offers to chose our buyer. The closing was very smooth and everything was handled electronically. During the process, Kellie was readily available through phone, text, and email communication. Thank You Kellie!
