ZillowVERIFIED After our home had been on the market for a couple of months with a different realtor, we brought Kelli on to help us get it sold. She immediately reviewed the current listing and came to the table with some suggested improvements - new photos, video tour, keyword-optimization, etc - and got them done immediately. She kept us posted throughout the process, and was invaluable in negotiating with our eventual buyers. There were a few hiccups in the closing process - things that popped up during inspection, appraisal, etc - Kelli came prepped with creative recommendations to keep the process going and minimize the cost to us. Strongly suggest using Kelli if you want to sell your house.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with this realtor was extremely disappointing. Initially seeming promising as we searched for a home in Texas, our hopes were dashed upon encountering Serenade CT. Despite not being married, we were forced to pay an exorbitant sum?first and last months rent, a security deposit, and a prorated amount totaling around $8,000. This was our first red flag. During our stay, we encountered severe issues such as rat droppings in the attic, which were dismissed casually. However, the most concerning problem was the pervasive black mold infestation throughout the house. We observed black substances coming out of the ventilation, even affecting our dogs health. I developed bronchitis, and my partner suffered from recurrent upper respiratory infections during our year-long lease. Upon inspection, our HVAC system was found to be contaminated with black mold. When we voiced our concerns, the response was inadequate and dismissive. Instead of addressing the problem, they opted to sell the house, sending unlicensed individuals to improperly clean the HVAC system, even taking parts to a car wash. To add insult to injury, we discovered that the property manager, Kelli Trice, was the owners sister, a fact concealed from us initially. Despite paying over $8,000 and fulfilling all lease obligations, we were essentially forced out. It took nearly a month to receive our security deposit back, despite leaving the property in pristine condition. As a disabled veteran, I find this treatment appalling and utterly disrespectful.

She takes time to understand the wants and needs of her clients and will patiently show houses, all across DFW in our case, until you find the one you absolutely love. I mean seriously we were shown at least 20 houses before we decided to put in an offer. If you're not confident about the lending process don't worry, Kelli is an advocate in your corner and a great resource to help push that process along and close a quick as possible. We were able to find the right house for us, with the right price, and in the neighborhood we liked well before our deadline and we owe all of that to Kelli. We found Kelli and invited her over to see our home but also so we could interview her. She came over on Sunday, after church, and we knew within minutes we liked her but the clincher was she lived two streets away! She had already done her market research and we listed that day. She quickly arranged for listing photos and even helped us prep the home to show it in the best possible light, and was onsite to direct the session. The home was listed on Thursday and sold to the first family that looked at it that same day.
