Working with Kelli on the sale of our Carlsbad home was an unexpected pleasure. She has an incredible handle of the real estate market, the selling process, negotiations, and communication with everyone involved, and she was always available to answer our questions along the way. While Kelli was in the drivers seat every step of the transaction, the process always felt collaborative, which was something my wife and I really appreciated. She listened to our needs and was always willing to make adjustments. Having Kelli and her partner, Scott, on our side from start to finish made selling our home feel as smooth and stress-free as possible. We?re incredibly grateful for their guidance and professionalism and would highly recommend Kelli to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate agent in San Diego.

We couldn?t be happier with Scott and Kelli. They represented us on both the sale of our Carlsbad home and the purchase of our new home in Fallbrook, and they exceeded our expectations every step of the way. They are knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and incredibly professional, but what really sets them apart is that they genuinely care about their clients. We always felt like they were looking out for our best interests, gave us honest advice, and were excellent advocates during negotiations. Selling one home while purchasing another can be stressful, but Scott and Kelli kept everything on track, communicated proactively, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. We always knew where things stood and had complete confidence in their guidance. Beyond being outstanding real estate professionals, they?re simply wonderful people. We highly recommend Scott and Kelli to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We would gladly work with them again.

If youre looking for a great team of realtors who understand the San Diego North County Coastal market, please consider Kelli Miller and Scott Woodruff. Their first-class staging, digital marketing, interpersonal and negotiation skills helped accomplish what another leading realtor could not: selling my family home (over the holidays!) at a fair price. Kelli and Scott earned my trust, and thats everything.

As a first-time homebuyer, I really didn?t know what I was getting into ? but working with Kelli Miller made the whole experience way easier than I ever expected. From our first chat to the day I picked up my keys, she was there for everything. Kelli is super hands-on and took care of so many details behind the scenes that I never once felt stressed, even when things got tricky. She walked me through the market, came to every showing, set up inspections, handled negotiations, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I honestly felt like I had someone in my corner the whole time. If you?re looking for a realtor in Encinitas, Kelli?s the one. She knows the area, she?s quick to respond, and she truly cares. Thanks to her, I?m in a home I love ? and I?d recommend her to anyone.

Our home-buying journey was anything but easy, and we honestly couldn?t have asked for better agents than Scott and Kelli. Throughout a very volatile housing market, they remained patient, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We changed our minds on multiple houses, and there were moments we (really just me) almost gave up entirely, but Scott and Kelli never stopped encouraging us and guiding us forward. Thanks to their persistence and expertise, we finally found the perfect home for us. Even after closing, they?ve continued to go above and beyond?helping us line up resources and advice for renovations to make this house truly ours. We?re so grateful for their dedication, kindness, and hard work. If you?re looking for real estate agents who genuinely care and will stay by your side no matter how long the journey takes, we cannot recommend Scott and Kelli enough!

This was our second time working with Kelli and Scott and I can?t say enough good things about our experience. 10 days after welcoming our second child, we found a home we loved but needed to make a contingent offer in order to move forward. Kelli stepped in and handled everything related to the buying and selling process with expertise, warmth, and precision. She organized to have our home photographed, set a selling strategy, scheduled open houses and private showings, and guided us through every step until we found the right buyer. She has an impressive level of experience in the North County Coastal housing market and we trusted her completely with the process. Kelli and Scott are communicative and solution-oriented, and even when a couple curve-balls got thrown our way, they ultimately got us what we wanted to start the next chapter in our new home. More than that, they were so empathetic to our life with a toddler and newborn and went above and beyond to accommodate to us. They gave us so much peace of mind during what was already a chaotic time. On the buying side, Scott was amazing?he coordinated a network of trusted contractors and inspectors to ensure every inch of our new home was carefully reviewed during the contingent period. Because the sellers had moved abroad, there were additional complexities with timing and logistics, but Scott?s attention to detail and proactive communication made us feel confident in the home where we will be raising our family. We were buying, selling, and welcoming a newborn all at once, and this team kept us grounded throughout it all. They?re incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely kind people. We?re so grateful for Kelli and Scott and highly recommend them to anyone navigating the real estate journey.

Kelli was an amazing partner and agent as I was selling my Encinitas home. I live on the other side of the country and was dreading what this experience would be like. Ive worked with other agents and Kelli is by far the most outstanding. Professional, centered on my expectations and happiness and she gave incredible recommendations on the update to my home to get the best response and asking price. I highly recommend Kelli for all that are looking for the best agent who has their best interest at heart!

Kelli brings a mix of professionalism, patience, and personability that makes her a phenomenal real estate agent. As first-time home buyers, Kelli?s years of experience were essential to helping us understand some of the more complex nuances in the process. At the same time, she was unassuming and careful to listen and hear what our preferences were in a home as we toured together. She is perfect for today?s competitive market, in which it is crucial to have an agent who can not only execute quickly, but also meet challenges with calm clarity. We couldn?t have done it without her!

Kelli Miller and Scott Woodruff make a dream team that I would and have recommended to everyone I know. As a first time home buyer there is so much you dont know or take into consideration. Rest assured, Kelli and Scott have you covered. They were so friendly, punctual, informative, knowledgable and above all extremely professional! They made my wife and I, at every turn, understand exactly what was expected of us and clear next steps. They showed us how to navigate the market and made us feel so comfortable with a purchase as big as a first time home. From informing us on how to put in an offer to the inspection coordination; from the request for repair amendments to the follow through to make sure we got everything we asked; and finally to close the purchase; Kelli and Scott are unparalleled in the real estate game. Do yourself a favor and hire them as your team, you will be so well taken care of and come out of the buying process with so much knowledge and gratitude for all the hard work they put in. They exceeded the expectation my wife and I had with flying colors. Cheers!

Deciding on buying our first home in San Diego was made infinitely easier thanks to the exceptional real estate agents, Kelli and Scott. Their expertise and dedication made us feel very comfortable from our first meeting, and their guidance was so helpful in helping me navigate the numerous choices we had to make when buying?which was wayy more than we?d expected. Their approach was personalized and thoughtful, taking into account our preferences, needs, and lifestyle to suggest properties that truly resonated with me. Their deep knowledge of the San Diego area was apparent, as she provided insights into each neighborhood?s unique character, potential for investment and school systems. Kelli was a fountain of wisdom for any questions we had, no matter how complex, and her patience never waned. Her negotiation skills were great: we bought the home as-is but still got a credit for repairs. I consider her the best real estate agent I?ve ever met in San Diego. Not just for her professional skills but also for her genuine care for her clients. She has earned my highest recommendation and my deepest gratitude for turning what could have been an overwhelming process into a seamless and enjoyable journey.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kelli and Scott, and I cannot speak highly enough of their expertise and professionalism. Throughout the entire home buying process, they exhibited a remarkable combination of soft skills and hard skills that truly set them apart as the best real estate agents in San Diego, in my humble opinion. They both have great communication and personal skills. They actively listened to our needs and concerns, ensuring that every decision made aligned with our preferences. Their ability to build trust and rapport made my wife and I feel confident and supported throughout the journey. Additionally, they both showcased impressive market knowledge and negotiation tactics. Kelli and Scott provided valuable insights into the San Diego real estate market, showing us properties that matched with what we were hoping for while also expanding our sphere of the type of home we were considering. They negotiated a credit that initially seemed out of reach, which was a nice, unexpected bonus. Their attention to detail and dedication to her clients best interests truly make them stand out in the industry. Kelli and Scott are wonderful real estate agents who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results for their clients. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of the best real estate services in San Diego!
