She secures my home keys with the utmost top security. Through out the entire selling of my property she went the extra mile. For example, she would contact the city to verify that everything was paid and cleared, thus during the closing there was no glitches, no delays, and immediate payment on the spot. If there was ever any doubt she would triple check things. If there was ever any minor error in the opposing agents documents, she would instantly contact them, resolve it, and get back to me in less than 24 hours (usually in 1 hour!) She enjoys the real estate industry and it shows through her hard work & effort. She made the entire process of selling my home very easy. (Note: after we received an offer we liked, it took roughly 2 weeks to close & receive full payment! She works very quick and efficient!)

I had to sell my elderly parent's home and I live 1300 miles which I thought would make it difficult. Thanks to Kelli it was an almost painless experience from beginning to end. We had already met with one realtor who had suggested a listing price we felt was too low ($200,000) even with the numerous updates the home needed, we felt we needed to seek a second opinion. We are so glad we did! Kelli sold my parents home for her full suggested listing price of $234,900, which was approximately $35,000 more than the first realtor's opinion of what they felt the house would actually sell for. Kelli was always professional, pleasant, well informed and always kept us updated on what was going on, she also advocated for us with buyers/realtor when necessary. She really went above and beyond in her duty as a realtor even picking up some mail from the home after closing. We know that with all the updating my elderly parents' home needed, she had to have taken the initiative and time to point out all the many positive things about the home in spite of its esthetic issues. The house was listed on, or about, February 4, 2019. Kelli held a 2 day open house on the very first weekend it was listed. We had an Offer to Purchase on February 15th and the house closed on March 15, 2019. We have already recommended Kelli to family and will continue to highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy a home. We truly were dreading having to deal with realtors after selling our home 4 years ago. Unfortunately, we did not know Kelli at that time and had a horrible selling experience.
