We honestly stumbled into working with Kelli because as total real estate novices we reached out to the selling agent for a house we were interested in. What a lucky mistake! As our buyers agent, Kelli acted as a true fiduciary for us, advocating for us the entire time, even when it would have been easier and potentially profitable not to. She even went to bat for us on an home warranty issue after the transaction. When youre buying or selling a home, you want to work with someone ethical, and she has fully proven herself in that area. Kellis knowledge of the triangle and the real estate business was top notch. I would highly recommend working with her and her team for your next home sale or purchase.

David did an incredible job helping my parents find a home in the area. They had very specific requirements and were unfamiliar with the local market, so they had lots of questions. David was extremely patient, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. He even helped us get quotes from a contractor on expected costs after the inspection, which was very helpful with bargaining! We have been extremely happy with the home and David made the process simple.
