Kelli helped me purchase my first home and she was great to work with! She is very attentive and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about the home buying process and she always had a thorough answer. She offered great recommendations for lenders, insurance, inspections, and repairs. She also has great knowledge about the Spokane area and its neighborhoods which helped me narrow my search. At every step, she offered her advice and recommendations but made sure that I was making my own decisions. Even when things didn't go quite right (through no fault of hers) she was right there working on it to make it right! I highly recommend working with Kelli!

Kelli was wonderful to work with! She was so attentive with answering all of my questions and showing us houses over video. She answered texts very quickly and was ready to go whenever we saw something we liked. I don't think she sleeps! She walked us through the sales process and even picked up a misdelivered package for us. We'll definitely be using her again in the future!
