We were in the middle of PCSing to a new state which is an 18 hour drive away so we had to make all our transactions through email and phone. Kelli has been amazing with all the aspects of the purchase and made it seamless. We never knew buying a house electronically was going to be this easy! She even had deals made with the local contractors (like gas and granite) in the area which is a very pleasant surprise which saved us a couple thousand of dollars. Kelli would talk to you and adjust accordingly even with a 2-3 hour time zone difference and thats a big plus in our books. You can tell that she is someone that you can rely on especially for first time home buyers. We never could have landed a better deal if it werent for Kelli! Thank you so much!
