Our property was not even close to perfect, and the circumstances were beyond challenging beside the fact that we are located in the central US (miles and hours away). Please know that if you are BLESSED to have Kelli as your realtor, you have the BEST! My mother had a home in New Jersey that we needed to sell. She lives here in Oklahoma and had a renter in the home being managed by a local (NJ) management company. Not only did we need to locate someone who was a realtor in Williamstown (as we are located in Oklahoma), but we needed someone who had experience with selling a home "as is". Kelli returned my initial call/email/text very quickly and communicating with her was smooth and extremely informative. There were quite a few issues unique to the property, but Kelli, did what she does best, located a buyer (even with all the difficult issues) and executed the sale that worked for all of us.
