Would not recommend stay away, Horrible experience!!!! Kelley represented us as buyers and talked and texted us into signing an addendum that only benefited the sellers, she did not disclose that listing agent was married to the seller, she prepared our contract we trusted her, she left the inspection period blank we did not catch it, So make sure you read every line of the contract she fills in for you, she let our inspection period expire but also let the sellers take almost a month to get a second appraisal, the second appraisal was for the benifit of buyer, I wish I never met Kelley Sempert!!!
