Review Kelley was amazing. We had a realtor before her and in the 6 months we had about 15 showing and only 1 offer that was $15,000 under asking price. Then that offer feel through. Within less than 1 week we had 8 showing with Kelley. We had 3 offers within 2 weeks. Were under contract to sell within the same month. We sold our home for $5,000 over the asking price within the same month she had listed it for us. She took amazing pictures and even had a 3D walk through of our home. She is very knowledgeable. Review I give Kelley my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a real estate agent with the utmost professionalism, expertise, and tact who will fight for your best interests. I was extremely nervous throughout the process as this is my first time buying a house and I am new to the area. Kelley came to the rescue when I was lost in confusion with uncertainty with the builders sales rep and lenders. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was not getting taken advantage of being the first time home buyer and new to the area. She is extremely responsive. She always responded within an hour whether it was 8 oclock in the morning or 8 oclock in the evening. Kelley literally communicated with all involved parties on behalf of me throughout the span of almost three months as my work schedules and location does not freely allow access to communication devices. These are months with delays on constructions and Kelly proactively and tactfully pressing builders to meet the promised closing date. No one can beat her wealth of knowledge and 18 years of experience. She knows exactly what to look for and will quickly find things to bring to the table for negotiation. When I solicited for a realtor with knowledge of the area, she quickly responded with research showing comps. Within 3 days she had a photography team staging and taking professional photos. Within 10 days she presented multiple offers and a above-asking price contract was signed. When I have another property to sell, Kelley Martin will be my realtor.
