ZillowVERIFIEDMy first experience working with Kelley, she assisted me in finding tenants that always paid their rent on time. At that time, I wasn't aware that she was a full time real estate agent. I found that she was very thorough in her vetting process and followed through with everything, and continued to stay in touch and keep me informed over the years. In 2020 the property caught fire and Kelley assisted me in handling the insurance company and the rebuilding of the property including vetting the contractor to rebuild it. Most recently, Kelley represented me in the sale of that home in the end of 2023. Again, she followed through and even though there was a delay in closing, due to a system-wide breach of the lenders, Kelley stayed on top of everything and everything closed smoothly after that. I depended a lot on Kelley, and to put it frankly, if ever I was in a crisis again, I would want Kelley on my side.

And when it came time to sell, we called on Kelley again.Kelley worked side by side with us to help transition the tenant out of the property and prepare the home for market. The home had been neglected by the tenant and Kelley gave us suggestions on what to do to maximize the sales price without maximizing our expenses.At Kelleys insistence we provided full disclosure about the property to all potential buyers, even though we were hesitant to do so at first, thinking it might dissuade some people. Based on her experience Kelley knew that it would work very well in our favor. And it did.Kelley provided factual descriptions of the property and high resolution, realistic images. She really knows how to draw the viewers in and walk them through the home, giving a true perspective so there was no surprises or disappointments when buyers toured the home and the property.In fact, within hours of going on the market we were having showings and people wanting to write offers. But we waited until after two Sunday open houses to make sure that everyone that was interested would be afforded an opportunity to write an offer.We received multiple offers and ended up choosing the lowest offer rather than highest. She definitely knows the ins and outs of the process, and has excellent negotiating skills. She's a Marin County native and knows all of the markets and sub-markets in Marin. But what impressed me the most about her was her patience. It took us several months to find our house.
