Kelley was very patient and supportive with us - we had moved from a big house in the suburbs in another state and needed time to get adjusted to the traditional Baltimore row houses... so we looked at a lot of places before deciding on the right one. Although we had previously bought a few homes in other places, Kelley's knowledge of the process -- negotiations, inspections, paperwork, etc., made our purchase relatively painless and stress-free. We quickly learned that we could rely on her to provide us with the honest guidance we needed. And we were so pleased with working with Kelley - when we needed to relocate out of the city and sell our house several years later, we knew right away that we wanted to list the property with her as well! Kelley has been a truly exceptional Seller's agent for us as well. She put together a thoughtful marketing plan for us, taking into account our priorities as we sold our property... and sure enough, we had multiple offers within 24 hours of listing our property!
