Kelley is the best realtor you will ever use! We have used Kelley to buy 2 properties (a condo and then our house 9 years later). She sold our our condo in a day! She is so knowledgeable of the area we were looking to purchase in (Danbury and New Fairfield, CT) and listens to exactly what you are looking for. She wont waste your time showing you properties that wont meet your needs. She understands her market and her expert advise in buying and selling makes a stressful process so much easier. She is fun to work with but professional at the same time. I would never use another realtor.

I saw a listing on Zillow that I couldnt get out of my mind so the next morning I sent my husband the link to ask what he thought about it and he said aEURoeNot bad at all.aEUR? I then asked about sending a message on Zillow and he responded aEURoeLets do it.aEUR?About an hour after sending the message on Zillow, Kelley responded asking if I wanted to view the property and we hit it off from there. She is a woman of integrity, honest, passionate, patient and so much more. Her goal is to help find you the home that best fit your vision without allowing you to COMPROMISE or SETTLE. We were totally new to this entire process and she always answered questions in a timely manner and explained in Laymans terms. In addition she introduced us to others who had the same work ethics. The 2020 housing market has been a year like no other. Houses are flying off the market in record time, bidding wars, record low interest rates and whatever else you can think of. However, I call Kelley THE MVP of this team, because despite how bleak it appeared at times she remained consistent and determined to help us find our home. We didnt get the initial listing that we saw, but was blessed to close on another unit with the exact floor plan in the same community on November 23, 2020. Patience is a virtue and Good things come to those who wait. Beyond grateful to our new friend, Kelley Colino ??
