ZillowVERIFIED Kelley and Kathy did a great job. This was the second time that we have used them. First to purchase a home and then to sell the home almost 12 years later. Both Kathy and Kelley were very responsive and helpful, keeping us informed as thing proceeded. I would recommend the Ayers team to anyone looking for real estate in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further for a real estate professional. From the time we first initiated selling our vacation home until post closing we were always kept informed. This lady is not only extremely professional, but a delight to work with as well. Would I use her again? You bet!

ZillowVERIFIED All of the above. Dear Trulia: Why should anyone be forced to use a minimum of one hundred and fifty characters to describe our experience with this great person when the seventeen I entered, including the three spaces and one period, in the first sentence are more than sufficient? Can't the viewers see the five-star rating we gave her on all five topics along with this written review?

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley delivered quality service and went above and beyond what she promised. She treated us as though the purchase of our home deserved the same amount of attention she would give her own purchase. Kelley followed through on pursuing every detail and aspect of the process. And she was our greatest advocate, particularly with negotiating. We highly recommend her and will use her again if we need a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I looked at a villa with Kelley Ann, but not for myself. The buyer is up North, & didn't end up buying it. I have Kelley's business cards & I give them out. She is great, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with! I definitely recommend her! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley was a delight to work with and has been very willing to "go the extra mile" to help us with things that needed to be done after we left town. We'll be coming back to Florida later this spring and already have her looking for another property for us. We have also recommended her to friends who have an interest in the greater Venice area.By the way, her name is a bit of a misnomer as she is never guilty of "putting on Ayers". Instead she is very down to earth and easy to get along with and above all is very accomodating, especially for people who are in the market for the first time.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley Ann Ayers is the best. I was new to the area. She listened carefully to what I wanted in a house. Was tireless in showing me properties. Helped me negotiate paperwork and was extremely knowledgeable about property issues. I found what I wanted and the sale went through quickly and she has continued to be very helpful after the closing in terms of referring me to people for yard work, etc. and being a resource person. She is down to earth, professional, knows the Venice, FL area inside out, has a million contacts, does not do the high pressure o rhard sales technique thing, and I am happy to give her my highest recommendation without hesitation! I was lucky to find her.Jerry Cates

ZillowVERIFIED We were living in New Jersey when we decided to put our home on the market, expecting a long wait due to the poor housing market there. Unexpectedly, we sold in about a week and were suddenly and immediately forced into home shopping. After viewing available homes in Charlotte County on the internet, I contacted Kelley Ann and gave here a list of the homes we were interested in and also asked her to compile a list of homes that were within specific guidelines that I gave her. We made arrangements to travel to Florida the first week in June and met Kelley at the 1st of many homes she had set up for us to see. Kelley spent several days with us and we eventually made a decision at the end of the week, Kelley got us a contract on the home we wanted, set us up with an excellent mortgage broker (who, incidently, returns phone calls even on weekends), took care of the home inspections, etc, etc, etc. When there was an issue with the agreed to home price and the appraisal, Kelley was right there to negotiate a new, better price. We strongly recommend Kelley Ann Ayers for any type of real estate transactions.William and Jean OlsenPort Charlotte, FL

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley Ann Ayers made our dream come true. My husband and I presently live full time in Tampa and really wanted a beach home in Venice to go to on weekends and holidays. We ran into many barriers. Kelley brought in resources such as an excellent broker, community services that assist with upkeep of the home who are experienced and reliable at a resonable cost. She always responded immediately to our questions and concerns. She took us on a tour of the community to tell us some of the history of the community and show us around. Kelley is always upbeat and has a positive attitude. She is very knowledgable in realty and able to focus on the buyers/sellers individual needs. Anyone who works with Kelley will NOT be disappointed. She works above and beyond the norm, Believe me, my husband and I have bought and sold 3 other homes in the past 7 yrs and have worked with a variety of Realtors in NY, NC and FL, she's been the best by far!

ZillowVERIFIED One of the best real estate professionals I have worked with buying and selling 5 houses in my life. Great personality, great dilligence, very visible love of profession, all of this linked with great knowledge of local and overall markets presents a professional of unmatched qualities.Ms. Ayers was my agent when I purchased my house in South Venice in 2011. She did an excellent work conducting the deal and, what was extremely important for me being new to the area, served outstanding help after the purchase.I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody wanting buy or sell property in professional and efficient manner.Thank you,Peter Zasowski, South Venice, FL
