Corey could not have made it easier for my girlfriend and I through the process of buying our first house. We wanted to talk to a few realtors before making a decision on who to proceed with. Corey was that first, and only, realtor we met with. We knew from the moment we met him he was who we wanted to go with. Not only is his attitude incredibly positive, he was also realistic. He set very clear expectations with us up front, didn't let us offer too much if he didn't think it was worth it, and provided us with an incredible wealth of knowledge that we did not have prior. Corey didn't hesitate once to meet us at a property we wanted to go see. Not only that - he scouted the place out in-person before we even went! Another example that he never wasted our time. He promised from day one we would end up in our dream house, and he held true to his word. I am super grateful that we met Corey, and I expect our friendship will continue long past the purchase of our first home.

My husband and I had the absolute privilege of working with Corey Zucker to buy our first home. I feel like we truly lucked out with Corey because he was extremely patient and went to great lengths to explain every part of the home buying process with us. He always without fail took into account what we valued in a home and was completely honest and trustworthy when giving his professional opinion. Corey Zucker was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local market. My husband and I were looking for a rental property and Corey is very familiar with how fast properties are selling and is a great negotiator. We purchased our home twenty years ago and were not used to such a sellers market. With little experience in this market, Corey helped us understand what the process would be like. Corey limited the time our offer was on the table which helped our offer get accepted quickly. Corey also pointed out problems with properties that we might not want to deal with. Corey was an amazing Realtor and we would use his services again.

Corey was amazing to work with!! Going into the home buying process, my husband and I knew literally nothing about the topic. Corey was so patient with us and made us feel so comfortable and confident in the huge investment we were about to make! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Corey Zucker. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. He is extremely responsive and very proactive on communicating with us. We had some difficult moments that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Corey was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. We have several friends looking for homes and we will always recommend Corey to them!
