ZillowVERIFIEDKelleen is amazing. She managed to reverse my negative feelings about realtors from our first meeting. Her patience is never-ending; she was flexible and understanding with my schedule. Her knowledge is vast. With each home I looked at I had questions, and if she didnt know the answer she would find out very quickly. I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!

ZillowVERIFIED Miss Kelleen was very helpful and very very very patient, she worked with my schedule and my husband schedule. We were only available evenings and weekends and she really helped us a lot. She kept us informed with new listings as they became available, she was even helpful with home insurance information and home inspection. She was just very good with the whole process. As we went to visit the places she was very knowledgeable. I will definitely use her again and recommend her for your search in finding your new home.

ZillowVERIFIED In the fall (September) of 2017 I was talking with a co worker on day about finding a relator so as to start looking for a home to fit the needs of my elderly parents who were moving from one state to another and my coworker said, I used Kelleen Kechner years ago and I think she would be perfect for you. Well I decided to give Kelleen a call and that was best choice I could of made. In the process of finding that almost perfect house, I am sure that I worked Kelleens nerves with my many calls and questions on various houses; but Kelleen was very patient, professional, kind and she understood that my top priority was to find a home that would fit my elderly parents needs. Kelleen asked the hard questions when need be, held my hand through the house hunting process and assured me that what my family needed in a home we would get. Well in May 2018 I closed on a beautiful home thanks to Kellen and my family moved into such along with me in June 2018.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelleen changed my opinion of realtors. She really listened to what I had to say about each property we looked at and used that information to find exactly what I was looking for. She was also available any time I needed her help and she brought a lot of knowledge and resources to the process. I think what I respect most about Kelleen, is I feel like she was really looking out for my interests, and not just trying to close another deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelleen is everything you hope to find in a realtor. She is responsive, honest, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. I would have never expected to find a realtor with every single quality I would hope for in a real estate professional, but I did with Kelleen. You can tell she loves her job and she is obviously at the very top of her game. I couldn't imagine anyone better to work with when buying or selling a home. I will refer friends, family, neighbors, co-workers to her every single chance I get. How fortunate am I to be able to say that my real estate purchase experience was incredible thanks to Kelleen.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Kelleen. She has a lovely reserved personality but that belies lots of activity and industriousness! She prefers more information from you that enables her to work with you. She worked with me to both buy a house and sell my house. She is honest, forthcoming with information, super responsive and seemingly as invested in the outcome as you are. Additionally, she makes you feel like you are the only client she is working with. She gives you honest expectations and then over-delivers. She is an excellent advocate. On top of all of her technical competence, she is also a very genuine and warm person who celebrates your victories with you. Highly, highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelleen worked very hard to sell our home. She is a consummate professional who always timely answered our questions, and who gave us whatever time was necessary to address a particular need in the process. She also had a lot of knowledge of our neighborhood and the local real estate market. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the process of either buying or selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Kelleen for over 10 years now. She sold me my very first home (townhouse) in 2004. Ten years, one husband and two kids later, we decided to upgrade to a larger, single family home. Kelleen did an awesome job selling our townhouse (sold in only two months!) and found us the perfect home to continue to raise our family in. She is a true professional and knows what it takes to get a house sold. She is always easily accessible, quick to respond and just an all around pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I decided to buy a house in 2006, Kelleen was the broker. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful to us as first time buyers. Therefore, when we decided to list our home in 2011, we called Kelleen again, which was the best decision! She advised us on the optimal price to list it for and gave us pointers on how to stage the home. At a time when the housing market was at an all time low, Kelleen's sound advise and hard work, allowed us to sell our home in less than a month and receive the best possible sale price. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house! She was wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelleen is one of the best in the buisness. She's got that great personality that makes buying or selling a home a delightful experience. My personal experience with Kelleen was selling a home from my grandparents estate. The home was in a development that a tough sell and she made a stressful experience much less stressful when she sold the house in one week. Since then Kelleen has kept in touch and is currently looking for a new home for me and my family. My kids just love her. Thank you Kelleen for all you do.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Kelleen to help us look for our first house in 2014. She was great! She took us all around and walked us through everything. She was patient with us since it was our first house. When we found our house Kelleen was right on it. That night we put in an offer and found out the very next day that the house was ours. She even helped negotiate our settlement day a week earlier because we were getting married the following weekend. I would recommend her to anyone. Her kindness, patient and knowledge of real estate was amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Kelleen through my sister who had a great experience working with her and I can say the same for me! I was moving to the area from upstate NY and she was very helpful through-out the whole process. She was instrumental in working with my agent in NY to get everything coordinated with my purchase in PA. The selling/buying process can be frustrating but Kellen's upbeat attitude and knowledge to combat what "could" go wrong was gratifying --to say the least. In fact, when my mom decided to also relocate to the area, Kellen was our only call. She really helped us not only in the search, but in general other "housing" options to consider. I highly recommend Kelleen to help in your home search or sale. She is the BEST!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelleen helped us when we sold our home. She was prompt, proactive, friendly & accommodating, but most importantly- she was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, the listing/buying process and the geographical areas. Our home sold for more than asking price and in less than 2 weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any and all real estate needs.
