Buying a home is one of the scariest things you will ever do! Keith made the process fun and easy to understand. There is a lot of terminology that is hard to understand and a first time home buyer and Keith was always there to help us understand everything! He always took our constantly changing wants/need into consideration when looking at homes. Grateful to have had him as a realtor! Highly recommend!

Where do I start, Keith Simone was truly exceptional. I met him via zoom due to the pandemic. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From time to time I will feel stressed out due to the high market but Keith gave me that positive energy and vibe that we will find my dream house. After 15 offers we nailed it. Would I recommend Keith absolutely with my eyes close.Keith you rock!

Keith has been absolutely amazing. We were first time home buyers with next to no knowledge of the process and a fast time frame (our lease was ending in three months). Keith was fantastic and sooo patient. We didn't ever feel pressured by him to make an offer (even after seeing close to 10 different houses). He made himself available on weekends and was super responsive over text whenever we had questions about any step in the process. Overall we would absolutely recommend Keith. I'm writing this review from our new house that we were able to close on unbelievably fast. Five stars seriously does not do him justice.

I couldnt ask for a better realtor. He was patient, considerate, and very knowledgeable. He understood that we werent going to buy anything that we didnt feel like it would be our future home. He was willing to go above and beyond to helping me and my wife find the right home no matter how far it was. We looked at over fifteen homes and Keith did not pressure us to make an offer. After we found our home, Keith steered us in the right direction with the best home inspector, financial group, and attorney which made everything go smoothly. What made me really enjoy working with Keith is that after we made the accepted offer, Keith kept in contact with us and guided us through each process. I will keep referring Keith to everyone I know. He is the absolute best!!!!
