Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

If you are starting the buying process, give me a call and I can link you up with right lender to help you. I can also direct you in all ways to be prepared to start that journey.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Always get prepared to sell. Never just try to throw up your property on the market before it is show ready.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with first time home buyers, relocations, clients that are upsizing, clients that are downsizing, widows, families, renters, pre-foreclosures, commercial deals, investors. So far my deals have really ran the gamete of the real estate world.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I really loved my transaction with my new friends and clients that I met at an open house in December, but they came back to me when they were ready to relocate in January. We found them the perfect house with a little land and no neighbors. They were great clients!! We saw a few homes, put in an offer on the one they loved, and after we closed I got to go out a couple weeks later to see how they had painted and changed the home to fit their needs. I was so excited for them!!
