ZillowVERIFIED Keith is a very Honest Realtor. I remember several times I was wanting to purchase a property and he told me that I should not. One of the Properties had Hot Water Floor Heat. The Floor was made of Concrete, and he thought that pipes do leak from Time to Time, and someday will have to be replaced, and it would have been very expensive to do. He also suggested that the Seller update the Electrical Panel at there cost, which they did. He is one of the best around.
