Answering my phone calls late at night and early mornings when I had questions meant a lot to us. As a first time home buyer its scary all the uncertainties Keith walked us through everything and took a lot of the stress away. He was fast submitting our offer and had it approved with in hours. He was knowledgeable on the local market and guided us on selling procedures, helped in setting the price and fully explained his marketing process. THEN he had to jump through hoops to help guide the eventual buyers on some stumbling blocks to make the sale come out as planned... right to the exact day of closing as promised. It was a tight squeeze, but Keith kept the faith, contacted us throughout the process with updates, and was able to really pull off our successful sale. His friendly personality drew us to him years ago when we wandered through an open house, just for fun. We always knew when the time came to sell our home, he was the one we would call on. He was the ONLY realtor we called to come and list our home. Everyone we know who ever sold or bought through him were totally satisfied. So are we!
