1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't rush into anything. Take your time throughout the entire process. Know that in Real Estate there are ALWAYS delays and hiccups. Don't let it stress you. HAVE FUN!
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Market your home to as many potential clients as you can. No matter the location or age, make sure to have it clean and freshly updated with perhaps new paint and flooring. A house that smells fresh and new will sell extremely well compared to one that does not.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
All types of clients, from Millennials, to Retirees. Out of town mail away clients, to those born and raised in Atlanta. From those buying their first home to those on their 3rd or 4th home. Investors, renters, condos, multi family to single family. I help any and all!
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
All transactions that close I am fond of, but when you have a prequalified buyer that buys the very first and only house they see, and it closes within 3 weeks time. That is a very amazing transaction! Plus I got to sell their old house as well!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was in renovations since a very young age. I started in Property management in California for over 15 years. Then moved back to Atlanta and got my license immediately. Been in sales for over 2 decades.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a member of The Atlanta Relators Association. Being and agent, let alone a Realtor is a volunteer thing. As in you are not required to be an agent or a Realtor to sell Real Estate. I chose to do both to better serve my clients to the best of my ability. I will continue to educate and grow within the business daily. Every transaction is an experience from start toileting finish.
