    Keith did an excellent job representing two sides during our purchase transaction in August of 2015. We were renting our current home and the seller used Keith as his agent and Keith offered to represent both sides to cut down on costs. We were skeptical at first but he came through time and time again. He genuinely cared about both sides and we now own the home we were renting thanks to the seller and to Keith. We are very happy with the service we were given. He had a complicated task representing both sides and I believe he accomplished that task very well!

    Keith got me into a place as quickly as possible. He was constantly sending me updates on the properties available and gauging my interest and showing me places as soon as they were available to be shown and sometimes before. Ive recommended him to a coworker who was disappointed in not getting call backs from other agents and Keith got him into a place just about a week later.

    If you are looking for a great real estate agent, you have found him!!! My family and I are lucky and greatful to have found kieth.     We have never experienced a pain free refinance like this. Keith went to bat for us even with marginal credit. He is diligent in his process and ensures both we and the lender/escrow co. etc is on the ball and he keeps the momentum up. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with any type of mortgage needs.
